Curriculum:

Outline of the course: This course comprises five units, namely: Unit 1: Getting started on MS Teams (including MS Teams Desktop and mobile apps, the roles of MS Teams in the workplace, the layout of Teams and its terminology, creating and managing a Team, and customisation). Unit 2: Communicate via MS Teams (including scheduling and managing Meetings and Live Events, using the Calls feature, online calls and meetings etiquette, group conversations and private chats). Unit 3: Collaborate via MS Teams (including creating and managing channels, creating and managing Files, setting up calendars, and adding custom tabs). Unit 4: Integration of MS Teams with Office 365 (including integration with Microsoft Office, Forms and Lists). Unit 5: Other MS Teams features (including bookmarks, breakout rooms, translation, automated workflows and Tasks).
